[01] CONTEXT
As part of the development of the production infrastructure, it was necessary to design specialized steel structures for process areas, maintenance platforms, and engineering zones.

The project required compact engineering solutions capable of accommodating process loads while meeting industrial safety requirements and ensuring efficient equipment installation.

[02] OBJECTIVE
To develop the structural solutions for the production line, including a complete set of structural design and fabrication documentation for manufacturing, installation, and integration of process equipment.

DPGI developed the structural components of the production line while coordinating process, operational, and installation requirements.

The scope of work included:

— design of load-bearing steel structures for process platforms

— development of maintenance areas and access stair systems

[04] RESULT
Structural solutions for a production line with a total area of 320 m², a height of 14.3 m, and a total steel structure weight of 17.77 tonnes were developed.

A complete set of structural design and fabrication documentation was prepared for manufacturing and installation, ensuring the integration of process platforms, engineering infrastructure, and production equipment into a unified facility system.

The structures were fully prepared for manufacturing and subsequent equipment integration without the involvement of additional design organizations.

As part of the facility development program, it was necessary to create a specialized structural system capable of supporting process equipment, engineering utilities, and production infrastructure.

The project required the development of custom engineering solutions that accounted for process loads, operational requirements, and the spatial integration of manufacturing activities.

To develop and prepare for implementation the engineering structure of the production complex, ensuring the full integration of process and infrastructure elements without the involvement of additional design organizations.

[03] SOLUTION
DPGI developed the structural system of the production facility and prepared a complete set of structural design and fabrication documentation for manufacturing and installation.
The scope of work included:

— development of the load-bearing production structure

— integration of process areas and engineering zones

[04] RESULT
A custom-engineered structural system for a production complex with a total area of 1,350 m², a height of 8.35 m, and a total steel structure weight of 77.77 tonnes was developed.

A complete set of structural design and fabrication documentation was prepared for manufacturing and installation, ensuring the integration of process areas, engineering infrastructure, and specialized production spaces into a unified engineering system.

The facility was fully prepared for implementation, equipment installation, and future development of the production infrastructure without the involvement of additional design organizations.

The project demonstrated DPGI’s ability to independently develop specialized engineering structures and production facilities tailored to the requirements of specific industrial operations. A production company focused on the serial manufacturing of braking system components with a high level of production automation.

[01] CONTEXT
To establish serial production of brake discs and brake calipers, it was necessary to develop a specialized manufacturing facility integrating machining operations, automated production lines, coating processes, and packaging systems.

The project required the creation of a production environment that ensured machining precision, process stability, and uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

[02] OBJECTIVE
To create a modern manufacturing facility for the production of braking system components through the integration of automated machining, coating, packaging, and internal logistics systems.

[03] SOLUTION
A process engineering project was developed for the machining and packaging facility dedicated to automotive brake discs and brake calipers.

The scope of work included:

— design of the machining facility layout

— integration of automated production lines

— implementation of coating and packaging systems

— development of the production process flow

[01] CONTEXT
The client was establishing a production site for the serial assembly of armored vehicles from the ground up, without existing manufacturing infrastructure.

The project required ensuring industrial-grade welding accuracy for armored structures, control of geometric tolerances and structural integrity, as well as the capability for future production scaling.

[02] OBJECTIVE
To create a welding and assembly facility with the technology, equipment, and infrastructure required for the launch of serial production of armored vehicle hulls.

[03] SOLUTION
A process engineering concept and production infrastructure were developed in accordance with structural rigidity requirements, welding deformation control standards, and industrial safety regulations.

The scope of work included:

— construction of a welding and assembly workshop

— preparation of areas for future production expansion

— organization of machining, finishing, and quality control zones

— implementation of flexible assembly and welding lines

— development of the production process scheme

To create a welding and assembly complex with integrated production lines and supporting infrastructure capable of serial railcar manufacturing.

— installation of universal welding and assembly lines
