From April 22 to 24, 2026, the DPGI team took part in the international RES 2026 exhibition held in Astana, bringing together representatives of industry, the environmental sector, government organizations, and the engineering community.
Over the course of three days, the company's specialists worked at their own exhibition stand, presenting solutions in the fields of industrial engineering, environmental infrastructure, and waste processing.
One of the central topics of DPGI’s participation was the issue of municipal solid waste management in Kazakhstan. Despite the gradual development of the sector, many regions still face a shortage of modern processing facilities, high logistics costs, and significant volumes of accumulated waste. As part of the exhibition, the DPGI team presented the concept of mobile municipal solid waste processing centers — an engineering solution designed for regions where the construction of large stationary facilities is economically challenging or requires a significant implementation period.
This approach makes it possible to locate processing capacities directly near waste accumulation sites, reducing transportation costs and accelerating the return of secondary resources into economic circulation. Depending on project requirements, the mobile facilities can be equipped with various sorting, material preparation, and waste processing lines for specific waste fractions.
During the exhibition, DPGI representatives held a number of meetings with market participants, discussed the prospects for the development of the waste management sector in Kazakhstan, and exchanged experience with international companies and industry experts.
Particular attention from visitors to the stand was focused on the integration of environmental technologies into existing industrial infrastructure. The company’s specialists presented their experience in environmental engineering, wastewater treatment, industrial ecology, and the integrated design of waste processing facilities.
