[01] CONTEXT
To support the operation of a sludge treatment and processing facility, it was necessary to develop a dedicated industrial building capable of accommodating process equipment, engineering systems, and maintenance platforms.

The project required the design of a spatial steel structure capable of withstanding significant operational loads while meeting process requirements and industrial safety standards.

[02] OBJECTIVE
To develop the steel structures for the sludge treatment building, including a complete set of structural design and fabrication documentation for manufacturing and installation.

[03] SOLUTION
DPGI developed the structural concept of the production building with integrated process equipment and engineering infrastructure.

The scope of work included:

— design of load-bearing steel structures

— development of the spatial framework for equipment installation

— integration of process platforms and engineering systems

— calculation of operational and process-related loads

— preparation of complete structural design and fabrication documentation

— adaptation of the structures for industrial installation and maintenance

[04] RESULT
A sludge treatment building with a height of 25.75 meters and a total steel structure weight of 384.5 tonnes was developed.

A complete set of structural design and fabrication documentation was prepared for manufacturing and installation, ensuring the integration of process equipment and engineering systems within the facility.

The project delivered a robust structural system designed for reliable operation under continuous industrial process conditions.

[01] CONTEXT
As part of the modernization of the metallurgical infrastructure, it was necessary to develop a spatial structural system for a flue gas cleaning complex integrating filtration equipment, gas extraction systems, maintenance platforms, and pipeline infrastructure.
The project required the installation of heavily loaded engineering systems within an operating industrial facility while meeting industrial safety and operational requirements.

[02] OBJECTIVE
To develop the engineering structure of the flue gas cleaning complex, including a complete set of structural design and fabrication documentation for manufacturing, installation, and integration of equipment into the plant’s metallurgical infrastructure.

[03] SOLUTION
DPGI developed the structural system of the flue gas cleaning complex, coordinating process equipment, ductwork, and engineering infrastructure requirements.
The scope of work included:

— design of load-bearing steel structures for the complex

— integration of gas extraction and filtration systems

— design of supporting structures for ductwork systems

— preparation of complete structural design and fabrication documentation

— coordination of operational and installation loads

— preparation of documentation for manufacturing and installation

[04] RESULT
A flue gas cleaning complex with a total area of 1,644 m², a height of 27.5 m, and a total steel structure weight of 573.11 tonnes was developed.

A complete set of structural design and fabrication documentation was prepared for manufacturing and installation, ensuring the integration of filtration equipment, engineering systems, and pipeline infrastructure within the metallurgical facility.

The complex was fully prepared for industrial implementation and subsequent equipment installation.

To create a modern wastewater treatment complex featuring highly efficient mechanical and biological treatment processes, sludge handling systems, tertiary treatment, and disinfection technologies that comply with contemporary environmental standards.

[03] SOLUTION
A comprehensive package of engineering and process solutions was developed for the modernization of the wastewater treatment facility.

The scope of work included:

— design of mechanical treatment facilities and screening systems

— integration of grit chambers and grit removal systems

— modernization of primary and secondary clarifiers

— implementation of nitrification and denitrification processes within aeration tanks

— integration of a blower station with demand-based oxygen supply control

— design of wastewater pumping stations

— development of a sludge dewatering facility

— implementation of drum thickeners, centrifuges, and belt filter presses

— integration of tertiary treatment systems utilizing cloth media filtration

— implementation of ultraviolet disinfection systems for treated wastewater

— coordination of engineering, process, and infrastructure integration across the facility

[04] RESULT
A modern wastewater treatment complex was established, integrating mechanical, biological, and advanced tertiary treatment processes into a unified engineering system.
The project improved environmental performance, ensured stable treatment operations, and reduced long-term operating costs.

[01] CONTEXT
Existing production facilities required the modernization of melting equipment and the upgrade of flue gas treatment systems.

Key objectives included improving the reliability of smelting operations, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and integrating new equipment into existing plant infrastructure without interrupting production.

[02] OBJECTIVE
To increase production efficiency and environmental sustainability through the installation of new melting equipment and the implementation of modern flue gas cleaning systems.

[03] SOLUTION
A comprehensive package of engineering and implementation solutions was developed and executed in accordance with industrial safety requirements and continuous production principles.

The scope of work included:

— installation of a new 6-ton melting furnace

— integration of equipment into existing power supply and process systems

— installation of SoftPlim filtration units, induced draft fans, and ductwork systems for EAF No. 4

— construction of a new flue gas cleaning facility

— development of a new transformer substation area

— modernization of existing production workshops and supporting infrastructure

[04] RESULT
The smelting capacity of the facilities was successfully upgraded.

Flue gas extraction and treatment systems were modernized, resulting in reduced emissions and compliance with environmental standards.

The reliability of the power and engineering infrastructure was significantly improved.
